It is our intention to build a Strong and Safe Company, where the Employees feel that they are part of the Family, and share in the results of the Company. This Program is a GIFT from the Ownership Group of Proform Concrete Services Inc., to the workers that qualify for the program. It is based on returning fifteen percent (15%) of the PROFIT of the company, to our loyal and committed employee's.
